Parx Materials N.V. releases agenda for Annual General Meeting

ROTTERDAM, 3 July 2026 – Parx Materials N.V. published the agenda and other meeting documents for its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held at 10:00 (CEST) on July 27, 2026 at Stationsplein 45 (4th floor, CIC Rotterdam) in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The meeting documents are available on Parx Materials’ website (http://www.parxmaterials.com/annual-general-meeting) and consist of: 

1.     Convocation for the AGM, incl. instructions for attending the meeting and the agenda;

2.    The 2025 annual accounts.
